nike air force 1 fontanka Multi-colour An everlasting image of Nike for almost 40 years now, the Air Force 1 is back with a “Multi-Colour” iteration for its Fontanka line. The Air Force 1 Fontanka is a Women’s Exclusive silhouette that first came out earlier in the year. This silhouette comes with a lifted midsole that is made from Nike React cushioning, with slight offsets at the sides. The “lift” is a common design feature seen in Nike sneakers that are Women Exclusives pair, meant to provide a unique contrast to Men’s pairs. I dare say that this colourway is the most daring Nike has released with the Fontanka series. The layered upper is made from soft leather with a base colour of Sail/Cream White. This shade is also found on the midsole, outsole, laces and tongue. However, everything from this point forward is loud and eye-catching, to say the least. On the toe area, you’d find this Pastel Green that’s also present in the “cassette tape” looking block on the midsole. Moving up, the lace guards actually come in two different pieces stacked on top of another. Here you’d find the base lace guard covered in two shades of blue, while the upper lace guard is in white. The Swoosh itself also has 2 different shades of colour and it seems via the closeup shots that there are 2 materials as well. The base material is suede in light yellow, meanwhile, the top layer is orange leather which extends to the heel tab. The heel area is covered in a shade of Maroon Red. To top it all off, there are 2 tongues, with one showcasing 3 small swooshes and the other showing the typical Nike tongue label.
The Nike Air Force 1 Fontanka “Multi-Colour” does not have an official name as of yet. Additionally, the release date has not been set for now but it will definitely be releasing within the coming weeks.
