Liverpool’s famous connection with the Nike Air Max 95 is getting its own special release. The Nike Air Max 95 “Liverpool” has been created with JD Sports and celebrates the city’s long-standing love for the silhouette.
Known locally as the “110”, the Air Max 95 earned its nickname from its original £110 price tag in the 1990s. For the new Liverpool edition, Nike and JD Sports have gone all-in on local details.
The shoe features a black and grey layered upper, with contrasting Rust Factor and Steam accents inspired by Liverpool’s red-brick architecture and the Liver Bird. Other details include a brick-inspired reflective pattern, a Liverpool docklands map on the sockliner, “0151” hidden inside the tongue and “SCOUSE” across the outsole.
Release Details:
Nike plans to release the Air Max 95 “Liverpool” on 1 October 2026, exclusively through JD Sports. The release is tied to JD’s 1.10 Day, celebrating Liverpool’s famous “110” nickname for the Air Max 95.
The retail price is reported at £175, with the online release taking place through the JD STATUS raffle and an in-store release at JD Liverpool ONE.
